Walk & Talk
Upstream has worked with Westbank Healthy Living Centre to develop walking groups and to train walk leaders in the areas of Teignbridge, Mid-Devon and Exeter, funded by the local Health Authority. There are different levels of walks to suit all abilities and all walks are led by trained volunteer walk leaders. Most people find that that they benefit both physically and socially and become regular walkers.
