UPSTREAM helps small communities plan for the future in the face of severe cuts to funding in the voluntary sector
Upstream is working in a number of villages and market towns to find ways in which people of all generations can get together, making the best use of existing facilities and local enthusiasm and support. In particular, Upstream continues to work with older and more isolated people in rural areas, to encourage their inclusion in community activities.
