Stronger Communities: Service User Engagement Project

New participants engaging with Upstream have been asked to take part in this evaluation programme being delivered by Living Options funded by Devon County Council through the Devon Consortium. The project aims to increase the involvement, engagement and influence of individuals in the planning and delivery of all existing and future services, new developments and open space across the county. The information gathered on this population will find potential barriers to engagement that older people may face.

The research will help to develop a model of meaningful Service User engagement for Voluntary /Community organisations and the Public Sector in Devon. The information will lead to ‘Best Practice guidelines’ detailing how to involve and engage people.
